As a builder of businesses for the last 2 decades Sue brings her knowledge of systems, technology, HR, customer service, Real Estate and strong financial background to support KW Complete in servicing agents at the highest level. She joined KW Complete in 2018 as the Market Centre Administrator, and is responsible for a multitude of tasks from transmitting financial and production data for all our agents to KW International, to organising everyone and everything for KW's annual Family Reunion. If you see Sue training in the Market Centre, she's likely teaching Google Suite. As the resident Google Guru, she has Google-fied KW Complete into an awesome collaborative, cloud based workplace. With professional experience in Leasing, Property Maintenance, Sales and Operations she is also the Chief Operating Officer of Complete Properties, a property management company servicing Hamilton to Niagara. As an investor herself in Residential Real Estate since 2008 with a portfolio consisting solely of multi-unit properties, she has both personal and professional experience with Real Estate Investing and Property Management. Sue has been a key player in growing businesses from the ground up and loves nothing more than helping others build their success stories.
