Melissa had a 30 year career in Logistics working with major companies like Honda, General Motors, Campbell's Soup and General Mills. In August of 2018, she joined KW Complete as the Transaction Coordinator. Her day to day includes paying out commission to agents, entering deposits, invoicing lawyers for commissions, ensuring agents’ compliance for each deal, and assisting the Leadership Team with financials.
In 2019, Mel made the move to work remotely in Haliburton Ontario. Her husband retired after 33 years at Dofasco so they wanted to get out of the city and into some more beautiful surroundings. KW Complete supported her in this decision and she continues to provide outstanding service for all agents and staff. This move not only made her happy but her dogs love having their mom home and within petting distance at all times…. except when Coronation Street is on.
