With previous experience in Real Estate and over 25yrs in the customer service industry, Monique joined KW Complete as Niagara’s Agent Services Concierge. She helps assist our agents on many fronts by responding to emails in a timely and courteous manner, help with requests from broker loading listings on Matrix, Brokerbay inputting/questions and uploading Listings/Deals to Faltour. Monique also assists our leadership team in the continuing growth of our brokerage and agents as well as fostering a warm and respectful work environment that upholds the Keller Williams Belief System.
